🔑 Key Responsibilities
📂 Document Control – Manage Programme Euston document flow and maintain SharePoint & Teams.
📧 Communication – Own the team mailbox, coordinate information and ensure stakeholders receive timely updates.
📅 Governance – Coordinate meetings, prepare papers, record RoADs and track actions through to completion.
📊 Reporting – Support trackers, dashboards, briefings, process maps and organisational charts.
🤝 Stakeholder Management – Build effective relationships across Client Projects and Industry Partners, representing your team at meetings and working groups.
