ReachCentrum/ERM is looking for a Project Administrator willing to join and support our ReachCentrum team. This role will be based in either our Milan, Brussels or Warsaw office.

The Role:

The Project Administrator ensures accurate, timely and value added support to the team’s needs for all ReachCentrum service lines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Representing the team as first point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Managing the general info mailbox and related phone line.
• Providing administrative support and being responsible for team meetings, ad-hoc team initiatives, event and conferences, preparing meeting minutes and reports.
• Maintaining mailing lists and distributing regular updates to the team, monitoring of relevant activities.
• Supporting the supplier’s contracting and related invoice approvals.
• Supporting folder administration and access.
• Supporting document signature processes.
• Handling the website and electronic document libraries.
• Archiving and filing documents.
• Providing general support to ReachCentrum team (billable and non-billable).

The successful candidate shall ideally have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project administrator, administrative assistant or in a similar role (at least 1 year).
• Proficiency in English and language of office base, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
