Job Description:

Global Office runs a large portfolio of projects. As Project Management Administrator you will work closely with the Project Manager and Director of PMO to assist in the successful delivery of major projects impacting the global network.

What will the role entail?

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, objectives, outcomes, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes and communicating these on a timely basis at all times.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions or follow defined escalation routes where applicable.
• Preparing and circulating all project reporting as per a defined cadence.
• Providing administrative (including scheduling) support as needed.

How do you know if you are right for the role?

Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant or related experience.
• Proven track record of working to strict deadlines.
• Experience working with fellow team members and wider stakeholders remotely.
• Experienced with a range of Microsoft Office 365 products.
• A basic understanding of project planning tools is desirable but not essential.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Logical and structured approach to assessing, planning, and delivering projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Attentive to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

• Interest in working towards the Association for Project Management’s Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), or equivalent qualification.

The pay range for this position is $17/hour to $20/hour. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
