About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our project team on a 12 month underground mining project in Central West NSW.

This is a Monday to Friday position and would ideally suit someone who lives locally.

Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors, you will help keep project documentation, reporting, records and day-to-day administrative activities organised and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the project team
• Maintain project records, registers, correspondence and filing systems
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
• Coordinate meetings, track outstanding actions and follow up with relevant team members
• Support document control processes, including revisions, approvals and distribution
• Timesheets entry and scheduling

Assist with employee project onboarding and induction processing

• Maintain personnel, training, mobilisation and site compliance records
• Assist with quality documentation, including ITPs, ITRs and supporting records
• Communicate with project personnel, clients, contractors and other stakeholders
• Support the team with general project coordination and ad hoc administrative tasks

About You

• Previous experience in project administration, site administration or a similar role
• Experience within mining and construction is highly regarded
• Experience with SimPRO or a similar job management system is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with document control, project reporting or quality documentation is desirable
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider project team
• Able to meet site medical and drug and alcohol testing requirements
