We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Administrator to join a high-impact data center construction project in West Texas. This is not your typical office-based role—this project sits at the forefront of critical infrastructure development, supporting the digital backbone that powers everything from cloud computing to AI. You’ll be part of a team building a facility that plays a direct role in shaping how data is stored, processed, and delivered at scale. It’s fast-paced, highly coordinated work with real, tangible impact.
The Project Administrator provides comprehensive operational leadership with a primary focus on site infrastructure and team optimization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of site trailers and facilities, strategic procurement of office supplies, and the implementation of systems that drive overall team productivity. Acts as the central hub for ensuring the physical and digital work environment is fully equipped and functioning at peak effectiveness.
What makes this opportunity especially unique is its setting. Located in a remote area of West Texas, this is a fully on-site role where the project site becomes your day-to-day environment. The location offers a focused, immersive work experience alongside a close-knit team.
