About The Opportunity

Sullivan Healthcare Consulting (SHC) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Administrator to support client engagements, consultants, and leadership teams across the organization. This role serves as a central hub for project coordination, client communication, document management, and the development of high-quality client-facing deliverables

What You'll Do

As Project Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate project communications, schedules, deadlines, progress updates, and client correspondence.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, format, and perform quality assurance reviews on reports, presentations, executive summaries, implementation plans, articles, and other deliverables.
  • Create visually engaging, professional client-facing materials that clearly communicate complex information.
  • Develop and maintain templates, presentations, and branding standards to ensure consistency across deliverables.
  • Manage document libraries, project files, shared resources, version control, and records retention.
  • Collaborate with consultants, analysts, sales, accounting, and executive leadership to support client engagements.
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings, conference calls, and virtual project discussions.
  • Conduct research and support the development of business development materials, thought leadership content, presentations, and articles.
  • Provide administrative support to company leadership and serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and document quality assurance experience.
  • Demonstrated project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
  • Experience conducting online research and supporting business documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare industry experience, especially within hospitals or surgical services environments.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
  • Experience in creating presentations, branded deliverables, and knowledge management resources.

Position Details

  • Location: Remote (U.S.)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Travel: Up to 5% nationwide travel as needed.
