What you'll do
Provide admin support to busy project teams
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes
Maintain project documentation, registers, and schedules
Track actions and support project governance
Work closely with stakeholders to support delivery
What you bring
2+ years’ admin or project support experience
Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator with great stakeholder skills
