In your job you will work for the offshore energy division. Boskalis has one of the largest global fleets of specialized offshore vessels, allowing us to carry out a broad range of offshore activities. Our Offshore Energy division supports sustainable energy solutions such as wind energy as well as traditional fossil facilities. We’re involved in the entire journey from developing and transporting to maintaining and decommissioning these facilities.

Make your mark as Project Administrator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. The Project Administrator will provide comprehensive Project Administration support service to the Projects and Post Contract department.

Your responsibilities as Project Administrator

The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited too;

  • Work in accordance with the Project Administration process and procedures and accompanying guidelines 
  • Proactively support project teams in all aspects of day to day administration and service needs 
  • Remain aware of and focused on internal and external customer requirements 
  • Demonstrate behaviours and attitude which align to and support Boskalis Subsea core values. 
  • Produce letters, emails, presentations, agendas, reports as required for the Department
  • Monitor and manage email, including prioritizing and responding as required.
  • Organise, schedule, and confirm internal and external meetings.
  • Provide support/assistance for meetings, schedule and confirm travel arrangements including accommodation
  • Take minutes and/during or capture actions during meetings when requested.
  • Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by line management or leadership teams within the timeframe specified, in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements

Qualifications

You can make your mark as Project Administrator if you have:

  • Business Management Qualification – Desirable
  • Previous experience gained as Project Administration/Executive Assistant in an office environment preferably Oil & Gas industry
  • Computer literate with experience of office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to support and interface with people at all levels
  • Ability to work using own initiative and plan and organise a high and varied workload and deal with changing/conflicting demands and priorities.
  • Confidential, sincere and honest, with experience of dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information, and with a high level of professional and personal integrity

  • Full/part- time job: The position of Project Administrator is full time - office based, 35 hours per week.
