The Role

This role plays a vital part in supporting site operations by managing administration, reporting, and compliance tasks that keep projects running smoothly.

• Perth office and site.
• Pilbara, WA sites.
• Uplift while on site.
• WFH options while in Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flights, accommodation, and travel logistics for project personnel.
• Maintain registers (Electrical Workers, Training & Competency) and ensure compliance.
• Book training and follow up on certifications.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Raise and receipt purchase orders; manage procurement, quotes, and deliveries.
• Maintain site PPE stock levels and inventory
• Monitor HSE data and assist with related reporting.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate airport runs.
• Provide admin support to the Project Manager and Project Admin Lead.
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as required.

About You

• Previous experience in a site administration or administration role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Construction White Card (preferred).
• Current Driver's Licence.
