Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring timely submissions and proper tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, site staff, and external stakeholdersincluding nearby residents and businesses.
• Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, progress reports, and general administrative tasks.
• Raise purchase requests and follow up with the operations/procurement team to ensure timely delivery of site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports on site workers and assist with staff welfare matters.
• Handle public inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Liaise with relevant government and regulatory bodies to support compliance and permit applications.
• Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure efficient document retrieval and project tracking.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site-based administration is a must.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within sites
