We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. In this role, you will shadow the Project Coordinators on job planning and execution, as well as preparing packets, reports, and customer communications. The intern will also support data entry, and filling permits as needed.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare job packets, project documents, and basic reports to support daily operations.
  • Assist with drafting and organizing customer communications, including confirmations and follow-ups, for Coordinator review.
  • Enter and maintain accurate project, customer, and scheduling data in the company’s CRM and shared systems.
  • Support permit preparation and filing, including gathering documents and tracking permit status.
  • Providing general administrative support, including scheduling assistance, meeting notes, and workflow updates.
  • Shadow Project Coordinators to learn project planning, scheduling, and job execution processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • This job operates primarily in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc. 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds. 

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience needed, we will train you!
