Administrative Support Assistant--Temporary
The Administrative Support Assistant supports the Project Administration team by organizing documentation, maintaining project records, coordinating communication, and performing other administrative tasks that support daily operations.
Essential Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain electronic project files
• Prepare, scan, save, and organize project documentation
• Monitor shared email inboxes and route correspondence
• Update tracking logs, spreadsheets, and internal reports
• Assist with document collection and follow-up requests
• Support Project Administrators with administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding project documentation
• Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Answer phone calls and assist with internal customer service
• Maintain confidentiality of company information
• Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
• Administrative experience
• Experience working in an office environment
• Construction experience is a plus but not required
