Job Summary

In this important position, you will gain critical skills as you provide support to the Accounting department and play a key role in keeping the billing cycle on track each month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project-level accounting including budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Understanding of different Contract Types
  • Assist with month-end close processes
  • Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
  • Support audits and compliance requirements related to construction contracts and lien waivers
  • Process and review subcontractor invoices, owner billings, and job cost entries

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Procore & Sage Intacct is a plus
  • Construction Experience/knowledge
  • AIA Contract reading
  • Understands different types of billing methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Lead by example.
  • Be proactive in finding solutions.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
