– Project Accountant (Site Office)

Position: Project Accountant
Location: Delhi
Experience: 3–6 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Accountant to manage day-to-day financial and administrative activities at the project site. The ideal candidate should have experience in site accounting, invoice processing, attendance management, vendor coordination, and project documentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily project accounts and financial records.

  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments.

  • Manage employee attendance, timesheets, and leave records at the site.

  • Prepare and maintain petty cash, expense reports, and reimbursement records.

  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for billing and documentation.

  • Support payroll inputs by maintaining accurate attendance and overtime records.

  • Maintain project-related documents, invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial and administrative reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Required Skills

  • Experience in project/site accounting.

  • Knowledge of invoice processing, billing, and petty cash management.

  • Experience in attendance and timesheet management.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday or similar) is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance. M.Com/MBA (Finance) is an advantage.

  • 3–6 years of experience in project accounting or site administration, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.

This role is ideal for candidates who can efficiently handle site accounts, employee attendance, invoice management, and administrative coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations.
