Unique Skills:
· Manage end to end delivery of supporting system projects using Azure DevOps (or similar tools)
· Lead project meetings, drive agenda, track actions, and ensure timely follow-ups
· Hold business users and stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines, milestones, and deliverables
· Coordinate across functional teams (Planning, Procurement, Operations, Warehousing) and Business Technology
· Ensure system enhancements are clearly defined, tested, and deployed in alignment with Leadership goals
· Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve project issues and dependencies
· Provide structured status updates and report to leadership (timeline, risks, outcomes)
· Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications
· Ensure alignment of all initiatives with ERP roadmap, integrations, and overall goals
· Maintain strong project governance, documentation, and prioritization across multiple initiative
Bachelor's Degree in related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years related experience in project management or materials. Position PurposeUnder general supervision, the Materials Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and quantifying the continuous improvement projects designed to improve efficiency by eliminating waste and creating value for our customers.
