What you'll be doing:

  • Manage personnel in order to meet all contract requirements through planning, scheduling, observing and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer’s contract management representative and Senior Director of Contracts.
  • Ensure timely review and submittal of daily and periodic reports.
  • Coordinate with customer’s contract management to resolve change in schedules.
  • Ensure that personnel perform their tasks in accordance to the flowcharts and work instructions which are found in the department’s quality management system manual.
  • Interpret policies and procedures; ensure compliance with set standards of quality, safety and security.
  • Interview and hire candidates who will ensure compliance with Ability One/JWOD requirements.
  • Requisition supplies and equipment; ensure that equipment is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy building or buildings including but not limited to restrooms, break rooms, floors, etc., free of dust and debris.
  • Attend and participate in manager meetings and management review meetings as required.
  • Ensure that corrective/preventative action requests are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure that all standards and clauses in the department’s ISO quality management system manual are adhered to.
  • Operate assigned area of responsibility with the approved budget.
  • Assist in scheduling and assigning personnel to specific tasks associated with job responsibilities.
  • Monitor personnel and attendance to minimize overtime and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Confers with CDC inspections and/or building managers to resolve related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three (3) or more years of supervision and management experience.
  • Ability to analyze reports and make process improvement reccommendations.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and practices.
  • Ability to adhere to GING’s quality management system.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security Clearance.
  • Time management, ability to multitask, team player, attention to details and organizational skills are required.

Working Environment Conditions:

  • Valid Georgia driver’s license with no violations.
  • Available for shift work with your own means of transportation.
