Due to the numerous re-organizations the past couple of years (Unleash-CP, Business Finance Evolution- Finance, T&S), a number of support tasks have been deprioritized and when needed, fell to the responsibility of Business Development (Market Implementor role) or the Account Managers. This has led to inefficiencies and missed tasks.

This role aims to carry these tasks in the short term and to create a solution and at the very least a 2026 way forward on how to handle these non sales activities in the Commercial Fuels space

Finance

• Managing the EAV process for Commercial Fuels
• Governance focal (Controls compliance activities)

CP

• Contract Holding CP contracts, specifically Facilities Operations Management
• Interfacing with CP for Requisition to Pay activities
• Implementing PP&E requirements through commercially negotiation with vendors
