Pay: $20.00 - $35.00+ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Start Time (7:00 AM or Earlier Preferred) | Overtime Available

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

Stamping Press Operations & Setup

  • Set up stamping presses, dies, feed lines, and tooling
  • Perform die changeovers and setup adjustments
  • Optimize machine performance and production quality
  • Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met
  • Support efficient production runs

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

  • Diagnose and resolve tooling, press, material, and production issues
  • Work closely with operators, toolmakers, and management
  • Help improve processes, efficiency, and quality
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Tooling & Technical Development

For those interested in expanding their skills:

  • Die maintenance and repair
  • Surface grinding
  • Milling
  • Wire EDM
  • Progressive die troubleshooting
  • Toolroom support

Who We're Looking For

We're more interested in attitude, mechanical ability, and work ethic than fitting a narrow experience requirement.

Ideal Candidates May Have:

  • 1+ years to 20+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Progressive stamping experience
  • Press setup experience
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Blueprint reading ability
  • Tool & Die experience
  • Precision manufacturing experience
