Under the general supervision of nursing leadership, the Staff Registered Nurse (Tertiary Care) delivers high‑quality, individualized patient care in alignment with the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model, the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act, and ANA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
The RN‑patient and family relationship, continuity of care, clinical accountability, and safety are central to this role.
What You’ll Do
* Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care considering physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, educational, safety, and age‑specific needs
Lead and manage the patient’s plan of care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation;
* Coordinate care across the continuum in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
* Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, leadership, and professional practice
Delegate and supervise nursing care in accordance with MA Nurse Practice Act (244 CMR 3.0) and ANA principles, maintaining full accountability for outcomes
* Support health promotion, patient/family education, counseling, and end‑of‑life care when appropriate

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing
Licensure, Certification, Registration:
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Pay Range:
$37.00 - $95.37
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
