Join Our Team – Programs Coordinator / Head Coach

Are you passionate about gymnastics and community engagement? We're looking for a dynamic Programs Coordinator / Head Coach to lead our programs, grow community connections, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of gymnastics programs
  • Recruit, train, and roster coaching staff
  • Build relationships with local community groups
  • Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service

What You’ll Need:

  • Intermediate or higher Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation
  • Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid
  • CPR

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Knowledge of gymnastics and local council initiatives

About You

Possessing strong communication skills, you are able to build rapport and positive relationships with people. Ideally you will have experience in managing a team, working on and in the business, and a willingness to be the face of the facility.

With a flair and ability to positive influence and negotiate win-win outcomes, you lead by example. You are tech savvy and have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation. You possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership and accountability. 

The Company

Belgravia Kids (BK) facilities and programs will be tailored to the needs of the communities in which they are located and will include gymnastics facilities for ‘Learn to Move’ programs and swim centres for ‘Learn to Swim’ programs. They will focus particularly on programs for children aged between 1 and 12 years old, but can be expanded to encompass a wide range of other activities, depending on the specific community needs.
