
Rowan University seeks a dynamic new team member to support the continued growth and visibility of the Rowan Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (RCIE). Reporting to the RCIE Director, the RCIE Programs and Engagement Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, promotion, and delivery of Rowan’s core entrepreneurship programs, events, outreach initiatives, and curricular and co-curricular offerings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative team working to expand access to entrepreneurship across Rowan University and the broader community. The successful candidate will help create meaningful experiences that inspire entrepreneurial thinking, connect new audiences to RCIE resources, and elevate the center’s reputation on campus and beyond.

RCIE is part of Rowan’s nationally recognized entrepreneurship ecosystem. Rowan’s undergraduate entrepreneurship program has been ranked among the Top 50 nationally and Top 12 regionally since 2022 by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur Magazine RCIE has received AACSB Innovations That Inspire Awards in 2019, 2022, and 2024, as well as the Global Entrepreneurship Center Impact Award from the International Council for Small Business in 2021.
RCIE supports entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers across Rowan University and the broader community as they explore ideas, develop ventures, and take meaningful steps toward building an entrepreneurial mindset and launching businesses. RCIE awards more than $100,000 annually to student startups through competitions and programs including the Rohrer New Venture Competition, Idea Challenge, AccelerateRU, and other venture support initiatives.
During the 2025-2026 academic year, RCIE delivered more than 135 programs, events, competitions, generating 2,300+ student swipe-ins and helping 580+ students develop actionable business plans. Graduates who engaged with Rowan’s entrepreneurship center have gone on to raise more than $37 million over the past ten years.
Salary & Benefits:
In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is AFT: Range 18 ($57,072 Min to $65,629), with placement within the range determined by candidate's qualifications, professional experience, internal equity, and other factors.
For internal applicants, salary is determined per the Pay Adjustment formula (NJAC 4A:3-4.9 & 4.10).
For eligible employees, benefits include: comprehensive NJ State health, dental and retirement benefits, extensive accrued time off/paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement for employee, spouse, and dependents to attend Rowan University, Glassboro. (Tuition reimbursement will apply to undergraduate degrees only for spouse and dependents).
