As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables to maintain momentum and quality. The position demands active communication with a diverse range of stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and coordination across various teams and functions to drive projects forward and meet strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management, Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation, Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation, Generative AI.
- Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project timelines.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Experience in risk assessment and implementation of effective mitigation plans.
- Understanding of PowerShell Scripting and Automation

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
