About the Role:

We are seeking a Programming Manager to drive the execution and day-to-day operations of our entertainment programming. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Entertainment and Content, you will be responsible for content programming, show scheduling, and live content planning across the platform. You will coordinate production resources, manage the streaming calendar, and ensure that all content is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on operational role that requires someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments, understands audience engagement through programming strategy, and can manage streamer training and schedule optimization across multiple shows and content streams.

This role does not require iGaming experience. We are looking for strong production and programming professionals from the media and entertainment industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Programming and Show Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and manage the daily and weekly programming lineup for the platform. Own the streaming calendar and ensure a balanced, engaging content mix.

• Live Content Planning: Coordinate production workflows across writers, producers, hosts, and technical teams. Manage show rundowns, production timelines, and broadcast schedules for all live content.

• Programming Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Manager on programming strategy, using audience engagement data to inform scheduling decisions, time-slot optimization, and content mix adjustments.

• Streamer Training and Development: Support the onboarding and development of on-air talent. Coordinate streamer training sessions, rehearsals, and performance reviews to maintain broadcast quality.

• Schedule Optimization: Continuously analyze programming performance and viewership patterns. Optimize the streaming calendar based on audience behavior, peak times, and content performance metrics.

• Audience Engagement: Monitor real-time audience engagement during live broadcasts. Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure seamless productions and maximum viewer retention.

• Production Coordination: Manage relationships with on-air talent, freelance producers, and external production partners. Maintain and optimize production resources, equipment, and studio schedules.

• Reporting: Track and report on programming performance, viewership metrics, and audience feedback to inform content decisions.

The Successful Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Film Production, Broadcasting, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content programming, show scheduling, or production management within media, broadcasting, or digital entertainment

• Proven experience in live content planning and coordinating live or pre-recorded show productions

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent productions

• Experience with streaming calendar management and schedule optimization

• Understanding of audience engagement metrics and programming strategy

• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

• Strong communication skills in English
