Requirements
Must have strong verbal, writing and math skills and proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and spread sheets, i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors. Must be able to relate well with people with disabilities.
Must be able to lift and transfer adults with physical disabilities, using individualized methods identified as appropriate by the Support Team and/or Physical Therapist. Must be able to frequently bend, stoop and reach and push manual wheelchairs used by adults.
Must pass background checks as required by the MN Department of Human Services, MSS and applicable law. Must secure/maintain certification in First Aid, CPR and Medication Administration. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the standards set by our insurance carrier.

Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday, Full-time | $20.75 - 22.25 starting wage | No evenings or weekends | Competitive wages
