We are looking for a Programmes and Assurance Analyst to join our Regulation team!
This role will provide analytical and coordination support to enable delivery of regulatory programmes and submissions. The purpose of this role is to support the Regulatory Programmes and Assurance Manager in the delivery of regulatory programmes and assurance activities across the business.
This role will provide analytical, coordination and administrativesupportto the management of complex regulatory programmes, including the Ofwat Price Review, regulatory investigations, responses to Undertakings, and wider market reform initiatives.
A key aspect of this role is to support the implementation of regulatory governance and quality assurance processes, helping to ensure regulatory submissions areaccurate, wellevidencedand compliant with regulatory reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities
Assistwith the coordination of programme plans, governancemeetingsand reporting activities
Support the preparation and review of regulatory submission content, supporting evidence and documentation
Maintain records and audit trails to support regulatory assurance and compliance requirements
Assistin tracking programme milestones and support progress reporting
Support the coordination of programme meetings and governance processes
Assistin coordinating responses to assurance findings and regulatory queries

What does it take to be successful?
Experience in an analytical, programme support, or coordination role
Experience supportingprojects or programmes, includingmaintainingplans, trackers, or documentation
Able to interpret information and translate it into structured outputs (e.greports, trackers, documentation)
Experience working with data,documentsand reporting processes in a structured environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent coordination skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication skills, with the ability to support drafting of reports and documentation
