We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programmes Administrator to join Central London Forward within the City of London Corporation, based at Guildhall (EC2).
This is an exciting opportunity to support impactful programmes that help central London residents, including those with disabilities or complex barriers, access sustainable employment.
Working on the London Connect to Work Programme, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of this large-scale initiative, alongside supporting wider programmes such as the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer.
The role includes coordinating meetings and events, managing diaries, preparing papers, taking minutes, maintaining trackers, and supporting data reporting using Excel and CRM systems. You will also liaise with key stakeholders, including boroughs, the GLA, DWP, and delivery partners.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent organisational, communication, and data-handling skills, who can effectively manage multiple priorities.
