What You’ll Work On
Develop and enhance Tactical Signature Guidance (TSG) systems, including sonar TDAs across multiple production code baselines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software challenges while contributing innovative solutions.
Learn and apply new programming languages and technologies, with mentorship and support from experienced teammates.
Occasionally support hardware system configuration and build-out, gaining exposure to full system integration.

Primary Responsibilities
Work collaboratively in an integrated team environment supporting a large-scale program.
Own and deliver software solutions in Java, React, C++, and other modern languages.
Learn and apply new technologies (e.g., Angular, Rust, Scala) to meet evolving needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with efficient solutions.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support urgent requests when needed.
Communicate clearly with teammates, stakeholders, and leadership.
Travel occasionally to Manassas, VA for integration and team collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or Computer Science or other degree that provides software development expertise equivalent to standard computer science curriculum
Experience: Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
Designing and developing real-time acoustic signal processing algorithms
Building parallel processing solutions
Working with microservices
Developing software for signal processing, real-time data analysis, or visualization/simulation systems
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
Certification: Must be willing to earn an IAT Level I (or higher) certification after hire (company-supported)
