About the role

The Enterprise Transformation(ET)Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming theHaleonbusiness.  Enabled by SAP S/4HANA it aims to build an organisation that is wired for excellence and to deliver our ‘Win as One’ strategy.

TheoverallET programme is expecting a significant financial benefits profile over10yearsTheProgrammeValue Tracking Lead will ensure this benefit isappropriatelytargeted,allocated,trackedanddeliveredacrossthe programme throughallend to endprocesses andfunctions

This will involvepartneringand aligning withmultiple stakeholders, including Business ProcessOwnersacrosstheprogrammeitself,andfinancemembers acrossOperating Units [OUs] andfunctions

Key responsibilities

  • Ensurebenefitrealisation targets arecalculatedat an appropriately detailed and insightful level based onET detailed designvs current processes, with ability to track future actual realisation

  • Ensurebenefitrealisationtargetsarefullyallocatedacross programmeend to endprocessesand OUs / functions, with alignmenton target and trackingmethodologywith key stakeholdersfrom both programme and OUs / functions

  • Define and develop a systemic method,leveragingdata and analytics, to track and reportbenefitrealisation

  • Feedintoallplanning,target settingandforecasting processesto ensureHaleonhasaccuratevisibility and confidence inET benefits materialising

  • Providebenefitdelivery guidance and challenge toprogramme processteams throughout programme lifecycle,supporting them in building benefit realisation skillset

  • Act as key interface with Transformation Office and OU / function finance leads

  • An active, collaborativemember ofthe ET finance and wider ET teams

Qualifications and skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, to inc. modelling, analysis, evaluation, and forecasting

  • Able to understand the commercial and financial impact ofprocess changesand the impacts on financial performance

  • Strongperformancemanagementexperience, capable of simplifying complexdata andissues into practicalinsights andrecommendations

  • Business partnering, build strong relationships, ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at various levels 

  • A strong team player 

  • Developed system and data skills, with curiosity and drive to develop that further

  • Experience working within the FMCG industry preferred
