ONU Femmes, fondée sur la vision d’égalité consacrée dans la Charte des Nations Unies, œuvre pour l’élimination de la discrimination à l’égard des femmes et des filles, l’autonomisation des femmes, ainsi que la promotion de l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes en tant que partenaires et bénéficiaires du développement, des droits humains, de l’action humanitaire, de la paix et de la sécurité.
L’unité d’autonomisation économique d’ONU Femmes au Niger travaille au renforcement de l’autonomie économique des femmes et des filles, en particulier les plus vulnérables, dans les contextes de développement, humanitaires et de consolidation de la paix.
Ce poste contribue à ces priorités en soutenant la conception, la mise en œuvre et le suivi des interventions, ainsi que la mobilisation des ressources, afin d’obtenir des résultats mesurables au bénéfice des femmes ciblées.
Sous la supervision du spécialiste de la gestion de programme, le/la Spécialiste de Programme assume la responsabilité globale de la planification, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion des interventions d’ONU Femmes relevant de son portefeuille. Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes programmes et opérations, le siège d’ONU Femmes, les autorités gouvernementales, les bailleurs multilatéraux et bilatéraux, ainsi que la société civile, afin d’assurer une mise en œuvre efficace des programmes.
