This is a truly exciting time to join King’s Trust International (KTI) as we launch our ambitious new 10-year strategy to support one million young people to learn, earn and thrive.
Working across more than 20 countries, we partner with governments, NGOs and employers to create life-changing opportunities for young people facing the greatest barriers. Now, we’re looking for an International Programme Manager (Pakistan) to play a pivotal role in driving our work forward during a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape impactful programmes in Pakistan, working at the intersection of delivery, strategy and partnership.
We are now looking for an International Programme Manager (Pakistan) to take the lead on delivering high-quality, youth-centred programmes in Pakistan, working closely with local partners to ensure strong performance, meaningful learning, and tangible outcomes for young people.
Alongside delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to shape new programme development, drive innovation, and influence how we grow our impact in Pakistan and across the region.

You are a collaborative, driven and impact-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You’re equally comfortable getting into the detail as you are thinking strategically, and you bring energy, curiosity and ownership to everything you do.
Above all, you are motivated by making a difference, and excited by the opportunity to help young people build brighter futures.
If you are ready to play a key role in transforming young people’s lives in Pakistan and beyond, we would love to hear from you.

By submitting an application, the job applicant confirms his/her/their understanding of these recruitment procedures.
We are committed to equitable work practices and believe in building a diverse organisation that is representative of and responsive to the needs of our young people and stakeholders. We welcome and encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds. We particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian, Mixed and other Ethnic candidates which are currently under-represented throughout King’s Trust International.
