
Integrated Payroll Solution (IPS) Project - Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with significant Senior Project Management experience to lead the delivery of a critical payroll transformation programme within Inland Revenue. This role will drive the implementation of a new integrated payroll solution as part of a broader ERP Strategic Investment Programme reporting to the Programme Director.
You will play a key role in bringing sustainable structure and momentum to a complex delivery environment.

You will bring:
A tertiary degree
A post graduate qualification or certification in Programme / Project Management.
Proven experience in ERP implementations, ideally within an Oracle context.
Strong understanding of ERP processes, systems and integration processes.
Strong demonstratable commercial acumen.
Strong people management experience (soft skills).
A good understanding of change delivery methods in both Traditional as well as Agile Types of delivery.
Ideally have demonstrated experience in managing payroll migration projects.
