SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)
Education: Bachelor in Engineer, Masters in Structural Engineer or construction management preferred, PMP in project management
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction, predominantly in infrastructure development or real estate with emphasis on housing project in urban and rural area. Experience in social sector is preferred. Overseas experience would be added advantage.

JOB SCOPE:
To lead team in design & implementation of new construction and repair projects in housing, institutes and infrastructure.
To establish best practice in planning, designing and construction of infrastructure projects.
To lead team in technical review of housing and infrastructure design.
To suggest/provide alternative (innovative) solution for infrastructure development and improvement
To cater to need of user group with respect to organisations best practice.
