Job Description

looking for a motivated and organised Programme Manager to support the planning, coordination and management of research programmes and projects. The successful candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to oversee project implementation, monitor progress, manage programme administration and contribute to the translation of research into practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor research projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Support research administration, project governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and programme updates.
  • Manage budgets, procurement and vendor coordination where required.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support programme evaluation, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in research, programme management or project coordination.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with research methods, data analysis or visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI or Tableau) is an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

11 months contract (Aug 2026 to Jul 2027)

42 hours per week
