Our client, an insurance giant, is looking for a Programme Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of digital transformation projects
• Plan the programme and monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
• Prepare and manage regular, comprehensive status reporting forums and mechanisms tailored to the management and stakeholders
• Oversee the development of programs that support an organization’s main objectives
• Build, manage and motivate the Project team
• Work with various project sponsors and stakeholders to prepare business case
• Define project scope, timeline and budget
• Lead Project Managers in managing vendor or third party contributions to the programme as appropriate

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering discipline or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management, preferably in insurance, financial, or consulting industry
• PMP certification will be an advantage
• Experience in working in large scale change projects
• Able to work under pressure and timeline driven environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
