We’re looking for a Programme Management Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our card programme orchestration platform—designing capabilities like onboarding automation, regulatory compliance integration, and client enablement tooling.

What you get to do:

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for Programme Management.
• Lead the development of onboarding automation, certification workflows, and compliance tooling.
• Partner with BIN sponsors, schemes, and banks to align on programme delivery requirements.
• Design and improve APIs, dashboards, and analytics to enable real-time programme visibility.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and clients across onboarding and go-live stages.
• Support go-to-market activities including presales, documentation, and enablement.
• Use product data to improve platform configuration, monitoring, and usage.

Requirements

What it takes to succeed:

• 5–7 years in product management or programme design within issuer processing, card lifecycle, or BIN sponsorship.
• Experience with onboarding automation, card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), and compliance tools (KYC/KYB, AML).
• Strong understanding of APIs, dashboards, data analysis (SQL), and fintech operations.
• Effective communicator with experience in product board management and cross-functional delivery.
• Operates independently, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle and setting strategy aligned to business needs.
• Solves high-complexity problems across technical, regulatory, and operational domains with compliance and scalability in mind.
• Leads collaboration with engineering, compliance, finance partners, schemes, banks, and fintech clients.
