About the Role:

As an Associate Grade PMO Administrator within PwC's Tech Central Project Management team, you will provide critical administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient delivery of projects. You willassistproject managers and teams with governance, reporting, scheduling, and communication activities, playing an essential role in supporting project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) inmaintainingproject documentation, plans, and trackers

  • Help enforce PMO methodologies, standards, and controls acrossprojects

  • Supportaudits such as,but not limited to,internalexternalaudits andISOcertifications

  • Assistwith project reporting and dashboards to providetimelyupdates on status, risks, and issues

  • CoordinatePMO & PM Team meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-upactions

  • Facilitatecommunication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership

  • Maintain and update project management tools and systems

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the PMO

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previousexperience in a project support or PMO role, preferably within a technology environment

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and toolsan advantage(e.g., MS Projectplanner, JIRA, MS Teams, Monday.com)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Personal Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities

Education:

  • Typically requires a leaving certificate or equivalent; relevant third-level education or certifications in project management isadvantageous
