Programme Executive (Community Wellness)

At SJD Community Wellness, we empower healthier communities through evidence-informed and innovative wellness solutions across fitness, nutrition, mental wellness and cognitive wellness.

Supported by more than 120 certified fitness professionals, we deliver community and corporate wellness programmes for children, adults and seniors across Singapore, including group fitness classes, functional fitness programmes, health workshops and AI-enabled wellness initiatives.

Role Purpose

As a Programme Executive, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of community and corporate wellness programmes that help people move better, stay active and live healthier.

You will work closely with clients, community partners, trainers and internal teams to ensure programmes are well-organised, safely delivered and positively experienced by participants.

You will also be involved in programme improvement and innovation, including new fitness formats, active ageing initiatives and digital/AI-enabled wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme schedules, trainer deployment, venue arrangements and session logistics.
• Liaise with clients, community partners, trainers and participants to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Support client system listings, attendance tracking, documentation, reporting and billing preparation.
• Assist with on-ground operations, including registration, assessments, readiness checks and service recovery.
• Maintain trainer records, support briefings and track certification requirements.
• Gather feedback, identify workflow improvements and support new programme pilots or enhancements.

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or higher in Sports & Exercise, Exercise Science, Fitness, Health Promotion, Wellness, Psychology or related fields.
• Around 1 year of relevant experience. Strong internship, CCA or volunteer experience will also be considered.
• Interest in functional fitness, group fitness, active ageing and community engagement.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging adults, seniors and stakeholders.
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Willing to support both office-based coordination and on-ground operations when required.
