Auckland Council’s Auckland Urban Development Office has an opportunity for a Programme Coordinator within the Infrastructure Investment and Phasing team.
This is not your typical project coordination role. Rather than supporting a single project, you will play a key role in enabling the wider programme; helping to connect teams, streamline processes, and improve how we engage with Auckland’s development community.
You’ll work closely with Programme Managers and stakeholders across council to support programme delivery, strengthen systems and processes, and ensure high-quality coordination across multiple initiatives. This is a role where curiosity, initiative, and a drive to improve how things work will set you apart.

This role requires proven experience in programme coordination, business support, or similar roles, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with minimal supervision.
