As a Programme Coordinator, you will be key to delivering a seamless educational experience by managing program schedules, supporting students, and coordinating with academic teams. This role ensures that all logistical, academic, and administrative aspects of the programs run smoothly, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in an academic or administrative role is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff
• Proficiency in managing schedules and academic resources

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the program calendar for different student batches, ensuring timely sign-offs and adherence to schedules.
• Distribute study materials, academic calendars, and other essential information to students for a smooth start to each program.
• Coordinate lectures by liaising with the academic team to align with the program calendar and ensure consistent delivery.
• Track and communicate all student payments, following up on any due payments to maintain financial organization.
• Work with the exam department to schedule and conduct exams according to the academic calendar.
• Conduct lecture evaluations regularly to maintain and improve teaching quality.
• Address student complaints, concerns, and suggestions, providing timely and relevant solutions.
• Offer student support throughout the program, helping to enhance completion rates and overall satisfaction
