Key Accountabilities:
Bring campaigns to life end-to-end, from setup through tooptimisationand reporting
Partner closely with your team to turn briefs into high-performing programmatic activity
Own performance -optimisingcampaigns daily to hit and exceed targets
Use data to uncover insights, sharpen targeting, and inform smarter next moves
Stay on the pulse of platforms, publishers, and tech to keep work fresh and effective
Collaborate with offshore and partner teams to keep delivery smooth,accurate, and on time
Maintainhigh standardsof accuracy and process, especially in a detail-driven environment
Contribute ideas that push performance and continually improve how we work
What You Will Bring:
Solid grounding in programmatic with hands-on experience across display and video
Confidence workingwithplatforms like DV360 and The Trade Deskwill be highly valued.
A natural ability to build rapport and earn trust as a go-to digital specialist
Energy and curiosity to learn fast and stay ahead in a constantly evolving space
Comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same
