At dentsu we're looking for a Programmatic Consultant to join our team in Milan within the Media Product & Innovation Unit.
This position provides a valuable opportunity to build strong, specialized expertise in Programmatic within a highly dynamic and innovative environment.
The Programmatic Consultant plays a key part in supporting the planning, activation, and optimization of programmatic campaigns for our clients. This role ensures data, platforms, and evolving technologies are used optimally to support measurable business performance.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Programmatic Consultant contributes to advancing dentsu’s programmatic offering and driving innovation across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and report on all activities related to Programmatic Buying campaigns, ensuring KPIs best-in-class performances.
Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders.
Promote programmatic adoption internally, with a focus on emerging Programmatic Media channels (e.g., CTV, DOOH, web radio).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities (including Display, CPM and CPA models). Previous experience within a Trading Desk is a strong plus.
Knowledge of the Programmatic Buying ecosystem and understanding of Ad server tracking systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet tools, and Outlook.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
