What You'll Do:

The Programmatic Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, setup, optimization, and reporting of programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs. The role involves developing and executing data-driven strategies across web, app, CTV, audio, and DOOH channels to deliver measurable performance outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end campaign management: setup, pacing, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance reporting.

  • Working closely with account teams to develop programmatic media plans, deliver insights, and contribute to client meetings and quarterly business reviews.

  • Partnering with external platforms and technology partners to stay current with product updates, betas, and new capabilities.

  • Supporting new business efforts through data analysis, strategic input, and presentation support.

  • Training and mentoring junior team members on programmatic best practices and operational excellence.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in programmatic digital media, preferably with a media agency and with some level of performance marketing experience

  • Proficiency with multiple DSPs. DV360, The Trade Desk, and any other mobile specific DSPs is a plus.

  • Experience working towards measurable direct-response metrics is a plus.

  • Experience managing campaigns driving towards app installs is a plus.

  • Knowledge of audience, inventory, and publisher planning/management

  • Experience of running brand based innovative campaigns which are complex and in multiple regions.

  • Experience in running CTV and DOOH campaigns is a plus.

  • Experience of running campaign in the EMEA and US markets is a plus.

  • Technical knowledge of ad servers, tracking and, mobile measurement tools

  • Ability to work autonomously and with team members in different locations.

  • Working UK and or US time zone is a plus.

  • Comfortable with excel and large data sets to make analytical/data-based decisions.

  • Excellence within the following skill areas: problem solving, data led analysis, organization, collaboration alongside being a confident presenter and communicator.

  • Comfortable working at modified Time to EMEA hours from 14:30 to 23:30 PM IST

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in programmatic media, strong technical knowledge of DSPs and tracking tools, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders across markets independently.
