About the Role:
Responsible for operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a range of functions. CNC operators are highly skilled professionals, capable of working with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and adhere to all safety guidelines. Detail-oriented and mechanically skilled work is also essential. The goal is to produce high-quality components and materials by programming machines to perform the appropriate operations, as well as improve processes by optimizing the performance of equipment and machinery applying HPS philosophy considering the KPIs; Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost for decision making.
What You Will Do:
Management of the Tool Room tickets (Urgent/Important/Line stop).
Administration of the Tool Room Material Inventory by Score Card metric.
Setting up, programming, and operating 3-Axis CNC MachiningCentersand CNC Lathes.
Operating manual machinery, including conventional mills and conventional lathes.
Tool Room technicians work assignment, follow-up and leadership.
Standardization of manufacturing process focus on Security, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
Attend andSupportinternal and external Tool Room Audits
Technicians’ deliverables audit (Kaizen / PS / Checklist).
Improvement and compliance of 5Ss in Tool Room area.
Key Performance Indicators (Scorecard) weekly monitoring focusedincontinuous improvement and sustainability.
Successful projects development and implementation.
Process documentation updated.
Technical verifier for manufacturing drawings.

Computer and Microsoft Office intermediate knowledge.
Development of fixtures, jigs, gauges and analysis of mechanical systems knowledge.
Strategic Planning oriented, project management Knowledge (Project / Methodologies)
Mechanical Design Software CAD (Intermediate knowledge).
Computer-Assisted Manufacturing (CAM) (Intermediate Knowledge.
Fluent in reading, writing, and editing G-code and M-code directly at the machine control.
Knowledge at reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T symbols
Additive Manufacturing (3D printing / FDM & SLA technology) (Basic Knowledge).
Welding intermediate knowledge (SMAW & TIG technologies) (Basic Knowledge).
Mechanical Materials knowledge.
ESD, Safety and Ergonomics Knowledge.
Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Knowledge Focused on conventional manufacturingequipments
CNC/Machining Equipment Knowledge (Gcode)(Intermediate knowledge).
GD&T Interpretation Knowledge.
Problem Solving and Continuous improvement intermediate skills (Scientific and 8D methodologies).
Basic knowledge of technical English (mechanical engineer sector).
Ability to communicate with other users in a professional, courtesy manner.
