Programador(a) Primavera – Oficina Técnica
Objetivo del cargo
- Planificar y controlar el avance del proyecto mediante Primavera P6, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, optimizando recursos y anticipando desviaciones.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
- Construir y mantener el programa maestro de obra (baseline).
- Actualizar y controlar el avance del proyecto en Primavera P6.
- Analizar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Generar reportes de planificación (Curva S, KPIs, ruta crítica, valor ganado).
- Coordinar información de todas las disciplinas y subcontratos.
- Apoyar la gestión de plazos en cambios contractuales y reclamos.
- Participar en reuniones de planificación y seguimiento.
Responsabilidades clave
- Mantener un programa actualizado, trazable y coherente.
- Identificar riesgos de atraso y proponer soluciones.
- Integrar planificación con costos, producción y contratos.
- Asegurar la calidad y consistencia de la información.
- Apoyar auditorías y reportes al mandante (Metro).
Lo que buscamos
Formación:
- Ingeniero/a (Civil, Constructor, Industrial o afín).
- También se consideran técnicos con experiencia relevante.
Experiencia:
- 3 a 5 años en programación de obras con Primavera P6.
- Deseable experiencia en proyectos de infraestructura (metro, túneles, obras civiles).
Conocimientos:
- Dominio de Primavera P6 (excluyente).
- Excel avanzado (reportes y análisis).
- Control de proyectos (ruta crítica, curva S, valor ganado).
- Lectura de planos y comprensión de procesos constructivos.
Deseable:
- Power BI, MS Project, BIM.
- Certificación en Primavera o gestión de proyectos (PMI).
Competencias clave
- Pensamiento analítico y estructurado.
- Organización y rigurosidad.
- Comunicación clara de información técnica.
- Trabajo colaborativo con múltiples áreas.
