Help Adolescents Build a New Legacy

At Clearfork Academy, we provide high-quality substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and young adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments
• Conduct crisis interventions and provide therapeutic support during challenging clinical situations
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, recovery, and administrative staff to advocate for client progress and continuity of care
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups that promote recovery and personal growth
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing electronic health record systems
• Participate actively in treatment team meetings and case consultations
• Support discharge planning and aftercare recommendations
• Stay current with best practices, emerging research, and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Contribute ideas that improve clinical programming, patient engagement, and treatment effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Current Texas licensure or associate licensure as LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or other qualified credential recognized by the State of Texas
• LCDC credential preferred
• Experience working with adolescents, young adults, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to build rapport with clients, families, referral sources, and treatment team members
• Strong organizational skills and timely documentation practices
• Working knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and recovery models
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications
