Overall Role Purpose 职位宗旨

In line with IT tech trend, business needs and IT functional tech refresh and security standards, to conduct business requirement analysis, select the best suitable architecture for system design, lead a team for software development, to meet the business requirement and support business growth target in China region.

根据行业技术发展，业务部门需求以及IT部门自身技术更新和安全的要求，展开需求分析，选择合适的IT框架，管理团队完成软件开发，以满足业务需求，支持中国区业务增长目标

Accountabilities 关键职责

• In line with IT technical trend, select the most suitable software architecture, and establish software development standards
• 根据IT行业技术发展，选择适合本企业的软件开发框架，制定软件开发标准
• Select the best suitable development process management methodology, like waterfall and agile. Try to make use of agile development methodology, to achieve rapid iteration
• 合理选择合适的软件开发过程控制方法，如瀑布方法和敏捷方法。尽量充分使用敏捷开发方法，实现快速迭代
• Establish software development QA, implement
• 制定本企业软件开发的质量管理体系，并实施到研发管理工作中
• Business needs analysis in the context of global and China region direction
• 根据全球和中国区的方向，分析业务需求
• Participate in IS strategy planning and support its implementation
• 参与信息服务战略的规划，并支持战略的实施
• Participate in management of IT projects, recommend on project cost and revenue, facilitate country IS manager to identify budget risks and delivery risks of projects and evaluate completion quality of projects
• 参与管理IT项目，就项目成本和收益提出相关意见，协助全国IS部门经理识别与确认项目预算风险和交付风险，及评估项目的完成质量

Skills / Qualifications技能要求与任职资格

• Degree in Information Technology/Business (or equivalent)
• 信息技术/商业学位（或同等学位），本科学历
• Communication skills (Chinese & English), spoken and written (excellent)
• 沟通技能（中文和英语），口语和写作（优秀）
• 5+ years’ experience in software development and management
• 5年以上软件开发和研发管理岗位工作经验
• 3+ years project and team management experience
• 3年以上的项目和团队管理经验
• Familiar with software development processes, including business requirement analysis, system design, software development, Technical acceptance test, configuration management, source code management, version management
• 熟知软件开发的各个环节，包括但不限于需求分析，系统设计，软件开发，技术测试，配置管理，源代码管理，版本管理
• Familiar with modern IT architecture. Deep knowledge in database and products (SQL server, MySQL), J2EE, Win & Linux. Knowledge for system integration
• 了解主流IT架构，精通主流IT技术。对数据库（SQL Server，MySQL）、J2EE、Windows&Linux，系统集成等有较为深入的了解
• Know about mobile IT solution, Internet +, Big Data, Could computing, ability to learn new technology
• 了解移动互联产品发展趋势、大数据、云计算等业界的前沿技术，具有快速学习的能力
• Be a responsible person, good communication skills, teamwork spirit. Good capability to find root cause and solve problems, handle emergency case, do best to achieve timely project completion
• 具备高度的责任心、良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和专业意识，发现问题并解决问题，能处理突发情况，保证项目正常推进
• Hands-on delivery experience in AI and Business Intelligence (AI-BI) solutions.
• 需要具备AI-BI方面的交付经验。
