Program Support Assistant Job Description:
Performs support tasks for the team. Provides daily operations support for 120 engineers in the development of complex military systems. Interacts with web-based and MS-Office tools to perform data entry, imports/exports, and scheduling. Also responsible for taking down and publishing meeting minutes. Success in this position requires an assertive, professional, and confident attitude.
Program Support Assistant Required Tasks:
·Data entry, formatting, and import/export of data.
·Support report generation.
·Scheduling meetings, collecting and publishing minutes.
·Management of calendars for EPM team.
Program Support Assistant Required Skills:
·Possess excellent communication and writing skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
·Proficient with MS-Office product suite and web-based tools (experience with specific web-based tools not required, just a willingness to learn).
·Ability to perform as a self-starter and work with minimal supervision and oversight.
Program Support Assistant Additional Requirements:
·High School level or College degree in related discipline, military experience, or equivalent job-related experience and two year’s professional experience.
·Candidate must be U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
·Willingness to work overtime when dictated to support business needs.
