The PDD Program Supervisor role isn’t a sit-back-and-manage role. This is for someone who leads from the floor, not the sidelines.
If you are the kind of leader who builds trust through presence, earns respect through action, and isn’t afraid to step into hard moments with adults who need consistency the most… keep reading. If you are looking for something predictable, low-demand, or hands-off, this won’t be the right role for you.
The Role
At CarePros, our Program Supervisors don’t just oversee care, they deliver it, model it, and elevate it.
You’ll work directly with with adults with developmental disabilities, complex mental health needs, addictions, and diverse behavioural profiles while mentoring a team of Community Support Workers (CSWs). You’ll set the tone, the standard, and the energy of the home.

Leading by example, you will actively support individuals, build trusting relationships, and set a gold standard of high quality care for your CSWs. Your mentorship will empower team members to promote skill development, enhance social/personal growth, and create opportunities for meaningful community involvement. Through individualized coaching and purposeful routines, you and your teams will encourage inclusion, support engagement, and help individuals become active members of their communities. Your work is grounded in harm reduction, strengths-based practice, and respect for everyone's unique abilities, communication styles, and goals.
