The Program/Facility Supervisor will deliver and guide others to provide a positive experience for customers at a City of Manhattan indoor or outdoor recreation facility. They will oversee all youth and adult athletic programs, make weather/facility-related decisions, and lead staff at each program on a nightly/daily basis. Individuals supervised includes participants, spectators, and staff involved in events that occur in both indoor and outdoor facilities. Sports include but are not limited to: baseball, basketball, flag football, softball, t-ball, volleyball, kickball, ultimate, futsal, soccer and pickleball. Staff may be asked to serve in this lead role as required and/or provide service at a location other than their primary location.
