Program Supervisor

If you've worked as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or team lead, you already know how to handle a tough shift, support a coworker, and keep things running. As a Program Supervisor with Sevita, you'll get the title, the pay, and the support to grow as a leader, and you'll stay connected to the people who made you love this work.

Starting Pay: $23.35/hour, On-Demand Pay Available

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
  • Help hire, train, and schedule your team, so you build the crew you want to work with
  • Oversee daily operations of the home and make sure care quality and compliance stay high
  • Make sure each person's support plan is followed and documented accurately
  • Step in when needed with meal prep, personal care, and medication administration (after certification)
  • Help the individuals we support take part in and enjoy their community

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience
  • Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Experience in direct care, IDD services, or human services is a strong plus
  • Age 18+, a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Strong communication and organization skills
